Victor has been a Mount Olive member since 1991 and has served in numerous leadership and teaching positions. In addition to presently serving as Executive Director, he is the driving force behind Mount Olive’s health ministry. Victor is a retired associate professor of pharmacy sciences at Creighton University. His career has also included being a practicing pharmacist and service as a U.S. naval officer. Married in 1978, he and his wife, Jody, have three adult children. Victor enjoys Bible study (and how history, human behavior, and archeology inform that study), music, travel, the outdoors, and classic movies.
Betsy (Wegner) Kosch
Assistant Executive Director
Betsy brings energy, optimism, and an encouraging spirit to her post. She grew up in Florence as part of the Mt. Olive family. Betsy is currently principal at Joslyn Elementary School. She is passionate about children's education, including teaching them about Jesus. Betsy and her husband, Paul, have four children. Since Betsy and Paul come from large families, they feel blessed to have their children’s aunts, uncles, and cousins worship and attend Sunday School with them on Sundays.
Bonnie's mother invited her to Mount Olive as an adult. In Bonnie's words, "It has proved to be a great church family for me." Prior to retiring as a Contract Manager for Lincoln Financial Group, Bonnie crafted group health and life insurance policy provisions (which required regulatory approval from various state Department of Insurance regulators). Since retirement Bonnie spends her time traveling, working in her yard, enjoying the company of her friends, and (of course) keeping track of Mount Olive's income and expenses.
